Depending on you choice of usage can last up to 3 months. I personally do 1 day on 2 days off and I do two mini scoops (with my medicine spoon of course) in some tea or water with intentions and prayer. Pure love

I’m so in love with all these products, sacred medicine and teachers. Gratitude starlight for sharing these magical healing medicines with us. I notice a big difference when I do have them with Intention. I’ve had it for months now and didnt always do it but all the work I’ve done with these added have expanded my heart and opened me up to more love and gratitude, deep healing. I hope these are permanent because as soon as it’s done I’ll buy another. But it has lasted me more than 3 months. 💕🌞🫀✨✨I love you godess
