Refund Policy

At SASSEAZE, we do not accept returns or issue refunds except in cases where a package is returned to us due to a shipping issue.

Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered once they have been shipped. After shipment, all liability for delivery rests with the carrier.

If your package is returned to us because of an undeliverable address or other shipping-related problems, you may be eligible for a refund or reshipment at our discretion. In such cases, please contact us promptly so we can assist you.
